Sunday, 22nd August 2021
Your prayers are requested for the repose of the souls of Stephen Kelly & Kathleen Caffrey whose funerals took place in the parish this week.
We remember the bereaved in our prayers.
This weekend we welcome in Baptism:
Ayda Carroll, Eliza Dempsey, Grace Hughes, Aidan McKenna and Isla Mae Ryan.
May newly baptised children always know and love Jesus as their friend.
We ask parishioners to pray for these children and their families
Please contact the Parish Office if you wish to have your child baptised.
Congratulations to the boys and girls from the Parish who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Friday.
Grateful thanks to all who helped with the preparations for the Ceremonies; those who helped prepare the church, the staff in both St. Patrick’s and Whitecross schools and all who helped on the day.
We ask parishioners to pray for these children and their families.
First Communion Ceremonies will take place in October (depending on Government guidelines at that time).
Stamullen – Saturday, 9th October.
Julianstown – Saturday, 16th October.
Please check Parish Bulletin for any updates.
Church Gate Collections
When a Church Gate collection is taking place, we ask people to please adhere to the conditions of the permit as issued.
This allows for the collection to take place some meters away from the premises or building.
We ask, as a courtesy to the people attending Mass, collections do not take place immediately before mass and not on church property.
