Prayer for Holy Trinity Sunday
Glory be to the Father,
Who by His almighty power and love created me, making me in the image and likeness of God.
Glory be to the Son,
Who by His Precious Blood delivered me from hell, and opened for me the gates of Heaven.
Glory be to the Holy Spirit,
Who has sanctified me in the sacrament of Baptism, and continues to sanctify me by the graces I receive daily from His bounty.
Glory be to the three adorable Persons of the Holy Trinity,
Now and forever, Amen.
Vigil Mass Times
Our parish vigil masses are celebrated at 6pm in St Patrick’s Church and at 7pm in St. Mary’s Church.
Mass times average between thirty to forty minutes. This leaves a very narrow window of safe travel time for the celebrant between the two churches.
Ideally a Celebrant likes to be in the church twenty minutes to half an hour before Mass begins. For the same reason, he needs some time after the Mass if a parishioner or family members of those for whom the mass was offered, wish to chat, if someone wants to get a Mass card or book an anniversary mass, or Baptism, or if someone asks for Confession or to have a quiet word, the time is simply not there at present.
In the Autumn, it is hoped to start folk groups at our Vigil masses, a factor which will also impact slightly on timings.
With these practicalities taken into consideration it is proposed to alter Vigil mass times. Suggestions very welcome to Fr. Brendan.
One suggestion is to have the Vigil masses at 5-45 pm in St. Patrick’s and 7 pm in St Mary’s. We welcome your suggestions.
Whatever time is decided, it will be reviewed after six months.

Stamullen & Moorechurch Cemeteries
We would like to advise parishioners that, Meath County Council are the registered and legal owners of Stamullen and Moorechurch Cemeteries.
However, everyone who visits our Cemeteries has a duty of care to preserve the appearance insofar as possible.
This applies to all who work in and use the cemeteries. It is common sense that flowers and cemetery fittings should be taken away. No earth, rubbish or flowers should be left.
While the Cemeteries are under the jurisdiction of Meath Co Council, it is our duty, both those who use the cemetery and the wider community, to make sure that they are left suitably clean and tidy for all our faithful departed who lie there.
