Baptisms

This weekend we welcome in Baptism: Xavier James Belton, Ellie Khanh Berrill, Freya Burns and Aoife O’Connor.

May newly baptised children always know and love Jesus as their friend.  We ask parishioners to pray for these children and their families

Please contact the Parish Office if you wish to have your child baptised.

First Friday Calls

First Friday calls will take place on Friday, 3^rd December.

If you know anyone who is housebound and would appreciate receiving the sacraments, please contact the parish office or Fr. Brendan.

First Friday Masses

Mass will take place at 10 am in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown and at 7:30 pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen every First Friday.

November List of the Dead

Sheets are available beside Newsletters in both churches and from the parish office if you wish to enrol your deceased loved ones in the monthly masses for the deceased.

They are also available in the Yearly envelope box.

Parish Celebration of Confirmation & First Communion 2022

Confirmation and First Holy Communication preparations have been postponed for the moment due to increasing Covid numbers and NPHET guidelines advising that children should not gather in large groups for the next few weeks.

We will review in a few weeks to see what is realistically possible.

We would ask you to keep an eye on the parish bulletin or communications from the school regarding new dates and times.

Confirmation Ceremonies will take place on WEDNESDAY, 9^th February in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown. (Depending on Government guidelines at that time).

Registration Forms: 

Registration Forms for Confirmation and First Holy Communion will be available soon.

Dates for First Holy Communion Ceremonies will be advised at a later date.

Confirmation 2021 – extra Ceremony

If you have a child who was unable to attend the Confirmation Ceremony in August, please contact the Parish Office if you would like them to be included in the extra Ceremony.

St. Patricks GFHC Lotto

Adoration

• All welcome to pray for one hour in St. Patrick’s Church Stamullen on Thursdays after Mass.

In order to maintain covid safe practices, no books or prayers will be left out, so please bring your own prayer book if you wish.

• Adoration continues before Mass on Wednesday mornings in St. Mary’s Church Julianstown.

Stamullen Tidy Towns

Stamullen Tidy Towns, in conjunction with Whyte’s Bar and Restaurant, is organising our usual Christmas event for Sunday, 5^th December at 5 pm.  This will include Fr. Brendan blessing our new crib and the Christmas tree.

The lights have been repaired and serviced and Fr. Brendan will switch these on after the blessing.

Santa will of course make an appearance.  We would ask everyone to adhere to public health guidelines and observe any instructions from members of the committee.

All of the above is subject to Government guidelines at the time and may change at short notice due to the current covid situation.  If anyone can help with this, please contact any member of the Tidy Towns.
