Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Resurrection 24th March 2024

Prayer for the Fifth Sunday of Lent
Loving Creator of mine, I feel the pace quicken, the time draw near.
I am filled with joy as I move toward Easter and the promised reconciliation with you.
Teach me to follow the example of your Son, to be worthy of being called one of his people,
Help me to live each day as he did, turning hatred to love and conflict to peace.
I await the new life with eagerness, faith and a deep gratitude.

St. Patrick’s Church

Storm glazing the stained-glass windows is almost complete.

Please take a moment to have a look at the work as you pass by. We think you will be very impressed.  This work will protect our precious stained-glass windows and preserve them for many years to come.

Work continues on the refurbishment of the two statues.    This refurbishment work is estimated to cost between €1,200 and € 1,500.

We are inviting sponsorship towards the cost of these windows and statues.

Maybe you, or a business you might be aware of and can ask, might sponsor or part-sponsor, a window or statue?  We have six windows costing €1,100 each and four costing €750 each.

We continue to receive contributions for which we are very grateful and would like to say a sincere thanks again to all.

Your support with these projects is very much appreciated and ensures our church building is maintained and preserved for the next generation and many to come.
