Confirmation 2021
We welcome the Bishop to the parish this week and we congratulate the boys and girls, and their families, who will make their Confirmation this Friday, 20th August.
Due to the present situation, each candidate will have three guests and all seating has been allocated.
- Please be seated 10 minutes before the Ceremony.
- All, including the Confirmation candidates, should wear face masks.
- We request that families don’t gather before or after the Ceremony.
- The church will be sanitised before and after each Ceremony.
- All hands will be sprayed with sanitiser as you enter the church.
- Please follow the directions of the stewards regarding seating, as all are allocated.
- Please adhere to best practice to ensure the safety of all.
Rehearsal
Candidates (and one adult, ideally their Sponsor) are invited to a rehearsal in St. Mary’s Church Julianstown on Wednesday, 18th August at the following times:
- Dowd & Ms. Duffy’s Classes at 7 pm.
- Griffin & Ms. Riordan’s Classes at 7:45 pm.
- C. Fox & Ms. M. Fox’s classes at 8:30 pm.
First Communion
First Communion Ceremonies will take place in October (depending on Government guidelines at that time).
Stamullen – Saturday, 9th October.
Julianstown – Saturday, 16th October.

Baptism
Please contact the Parish Office if you wish to have your child baptised.

You will always catch our Fr. Brendan after any Mass. You are very welcome to call into the sacristy.

Julianstown/Stamullen Church Cleaning
As part of our general tidy up of our Churches we would like to thank MJ Cleaning services (Marcin) for the fantastic voluntary job they did cleaning the windows and sky lights in St. Mary’s Church.
We very much appreciate this gesture.
MJ Cleaning (Marcin) will clean the windows in Stamullen church in the next few weeks.

Mass Cards
If you wish to book a Mass, please contact our parish office.
Mass cards and mass bouquet cards are available in the Parish office and in each of the sacristies, after any mass.
Your card will be signed by Fr. Brendan and going forward the date and time the Mass will be offered will be included on the card.
