Baptism

Ceremonies in the Parish:  Weddings 

We would like to congratulate Niamh Casey and Ronan McGuire who were married in our Parish during the week.

We wish them both every blessing for the future.

 

First Communion

First Communion Ceremonies will take place in October (depending on Government guidelines at the time).

 

Stamullen – Saturday, 9th October.

Julianstown – Saturday, 16th October.

 

Times of ceremonies will be issued in the next few weeks.

Maintenance

Fr. Brendan is setting up a new Maintenance committee for each Church.

Suggestions of good candidates welcome.

 

Mass Cards

If you wish to book a Mass, please contact our parish office.

Mass cards and mass bouquet cards are available in the Parish office and in each of the sacristies, after any mass.

 

Your card will be signed by Fr. Brendan and the date and time the Mass will be offered will be included on the card.

Safeguarding children in our Parish

Our Parish Safeguarding representatives are Stephen Leonard and Carol McKiernan.

 

If you have a child safeguarding concern, please do not hesitate to contact Stephen or Carol through the Parish Office.

 

EMHA (East Meath Hospice Association)

We are delighted to advise that the Annual East Meath Hospice Association Coffee morning will be taking place this year on Thursday, 23rd September in Whyte’s of Stamullen and the Lime Kiln, Julianstown.

Anam Cara

With the easing of restrictions Anam Cara hope to return to our face-to-face meetings in the coming months.

In the meantime, we are hosting an online Bereavement Information evening on Thursday, 16th September.

 

This event is open to all bereaved parents.

It will give you an opportunity to hear a bereavement professional talk about the difficult challenges and many milestones grieving a child of any age has on you and your family.

COVID-19 Support Line for Older People

ALONE manage a national support line and additional supports for older people who have concerns or are facing difficulties relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Professional staff are available to answer queries and give advice and reassurance where necessary. The support line is open seven days a week, 8am – 8pm, by calling 0818 222 024.
