Your prayers are requested for the repose of the soul of Mary (Mamie) Monaghan, late of Julianstown and Mosney whose funeral took place in Cavan during the week.

Annual Mass of Remembrance
Parish Annual Masses of Remembrance will take place in St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen at 6pm and St. Marys Church, Julianstown at 7pm next Saturday, 13th November 2021.
Trócaire special Collection
The Irish Bishops Conference has asked parishes to hold a special Church collection this weekend Saturday, 6th & Sunday, 7th November to support Trócaire’s response to a humanitarian crisis in East Africa.
First Friday Calls
First Friday calls will take place on Friday, 12th November.

First Friday Masses
Mass will take place at 10 am in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown and at 7:30 pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen every First Friday.

Confirmation 2021
We are still waiting for word from Bishop’s Office regarding a date for Confirmation for candidates who were unable to attend the Ceremony in August.
We will be in touch with parents as soon as a date is advised.

Adoration
- All welcome to pray for one hour in St. Patrick’s Church Stamullen on Thursdays after Mass.
In order to maintain covid safe practices, no books or prayers will be left out, so please bring your own prayer book if you wish.
- Adoration continues before Mass on Wednesday mornings in St. Mary’s Church Julianstown.
Confirmation & First Communion 2022
Confirmation preparations will begin in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown this Wednesday 10th November at 7:15. pm.
First Holy Communion preparations will begin in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown this Thursday, 11th November at 7:15 pm.
We will have a note regarding further dates available on these nights.
We are hoping to have news regarding the date for Confirmation Ceremonies 2022 during the week and should be able to advise families on Wednesday night.
We will have Registration Forms available on both nights for parents/guardians to complete to express their desire for their child to receive the Sacraments.
These forms will need to be completed and returned to the Church after any weekend mass or to the Parish office.

A number of parents have expressed interest in getting involved with organising the Preparation Masses.
If you are interested in joining a steering committee for the Ceremonies, please contact the Parish Office.
