Third Sunday in Lent 12th March 2023
Prayer for the Third Sunday of Lent
Loving Father,
So many times I turn away from you and always you welcome me back.
Your mercy and love gives me confidence
Thank you for the invitation to share, fast and pray so that you can form a new heart within me.
Your powerful compassion for my weaknesses leads me to ask for mercy
and await with great hope the Easter joy you share with us.
St. Patrick’s Day Mass times
St. Patrick’s Day Masses will take place at 10 in St. Marys Church and 11:30 am in St. Patricks Church, followed directly by the Blessing of Graves in Stamullen Cemetery. Please alert family and friends outside the parish.
Parish Pastoral Assembly
Members of our Parish Pastoral Assembly will be commissioned at Sunday morning Masses this weekend.
The Assembly members have a short Questionnaire, which will be distributed after the Sunday Masses and next weekend. We would be delighted if you could take a questionnaire, take some time to complete it and return it in two weeks.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider the questions and complete the Questionnaire. This will help the Assembly members discern a way forward for our parish.
This is an exciting time for us as a parish as we look forward together to encourage and renew our Faith.
Please remember the Assembly members in your prayers.
