Feast of Christ the King 20th November 2022

In Remembrance
No person is ever truly alone.
Those who live no more,
whom we loved,
echo still within our thoughts,
our words, our hearts.
And what they did
And who they were
Becomes part of what we are,
Forever.

Whitecross Blessing and Opening of School
We thank Bishop Tom for officiating and blessing the opening of Whitecross school. A memorable day was had by all.
Huge thanks to everyone who made this day so special, especially for the children of the parish.

R.I.P.
Your prayers are requested for the repose of the soul of Arthur O’Loan whose funeral took place in Drogheda this week and Esther Brangan, whose funeral took place in the parish this weekend.
Please remember all bereaved in your prayers.

Tree of Life
In each of our two churches we have our Garden of Remembrance for the month of November.
At the side of each garden is our Tree of Life.
We invite you to write the names of the people you want remembered on the little cards from the basket at the bottom of the tree and then hang them on the tree.
These names will be included in all the Masses in November and in our Remembrance Mass.

Annual Remembrance Mass
Thanks to all who attended our Annual Parish Remembrance Mass and to our Choirs, Sacristans, Ministers and all who helped make this Mass the wonderful occasion that it is.

November List of the Dead
List of the Dead envelopes are available in the Church. You can return your envelope by placing it in the box at the top of the Church during mass times, popping in into the basket, or you can give it to Fr. Brendan or drop it in to Carol in our Parish office.
All on the list of the dead will be prayed for during 10 am mass on the First Friday of every month and at all Masses during the month of November.
