Parish Office

Parish Office Opening Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 12pm.

 

Confessions

Confessions are available before or after any Mass.  Please call into the Sacristy to see the Priest.

 

Baptisms

Baptisms take place twice a month in our parish.  On one Saturday at 4:45 pm in St. Patricks Stamullen and one Sunday in St. Mary’s in Julianstown.  To book, please contact the parish office.

 

Bishop Tom Deenihan

We welcome Bishop Tom to our Parish this week.

Bishop Tom will officiate at the opening of Whitecross School in St. Mary’s Church at 11 am.   All Parishioners are invited to attend.

 

Tree of Life

In each of our two churches we have our Garden of Remembrance for the month of November.

At the side of each garden is our Tree of Life.

We invite you to write the names of the people you want remembered on the little cards from the basket at the bottom of the tree and then hang them on the tree.

 

These names will be included in all the Masses in November and in our Remembrance Mass.

 

Annual Remembrance Mass

All are invited to participate in our Annual Parish Remembrance Mass which will take place next Saturday, 19th November at 5:45 pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen and at 7 pm in St. Mary’s Church Julianstown.

 

During this Mass we will remember our loved ones and friends who have died, we will also remember all who have died in tragic circumstances in our Country during the year and those who died tragically in Creeslough.

 

November List of the Dead

List of the Dead envelopes are available in the Church.  You can return your envelope by placing it in the box at the top of the Church during mass times, popping in into the basket, or you can give it to Fr. Brendan or drop it in to Carol in our Parish office.

All on the list of the dead will be prayed for during 10 am mass on the First Friday of every month and at all Masses during the month of November.

Parish Pastoral Assembly

Fr. Derek Darby joined us on Thursday night for Official Training of our new Parish Pastoral Assembly.  The Assembly will hold their first meeting in two weeks’.

This is an exciting time for our Parish.  Please remember the members of the Assembly in your prayers.

 

St. Paul’s Missals 2023

A limited number of St. Paul’s Missals are available in both sacristies.  Missals are €7 again this year.

 

Ministers of the Word are invited to collect their copy of St. Paul’s Missal from the Sacristy.

Vocations

Mass for Vocations on Friday 18th November at 7.30pm takes place in Holy Family Church, Drogheda. Celebrated by Fr Stephen Kennedy.

Fr Tony Gonoude, Vocations Director for the Diocese of Meath, will preach on the Example of St. Peter and Paul for the Priesthood today.
