First Sunday in Lent 26th February 2023
Lord, Jesus, each Springtime you bless us with the Season of Lent,
to bring new life to our hearts and souls and minds.
You call us to open our hands generously to help others, to open our minds to the goodness of others.
To open our hearts to the needs of others and to open our souls in prayer to you.
During this Lent, help us Lord Jesus to answer your call and to become more and more like you. Amen
Lord, may my Lenten sacrifice remind me that I depend on you for all the blessings I enjoy. Amen
