List of the Dead envelopes are available beside the Newsletters and from the Parish Office. They are also available in the yearly box of envelopes. Please be sure to submit your list before the end of November. You can leave envelopes in the box provided in both churches during Mass times only or drop into the Parish office.

Parish Annual Memorial Service
The 6th Annual Parish Remembrance Mass will take place on Saturday, 19th November at 7 pm in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown.
Families of those whose funerals have taken place in the parish since last November are invited to attend. A letter of invitation will be posted soon.
Parishioners who have relatives or friends who have passed to their eternal reward during the year are also very welcome to attend.
East Meath Hospice Asssociation Ecumenical Service
East Meath Hospice are holding an Ecumenical Service of Prayer and Thanksgiving in St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen on Wednesday, 16th November at 7.30 pm. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the Parish Centre. All welcome.
First Communion Preparations – DTIM
- Children from Whitecross School will enroll for First Holy Communion this weekend in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown.
- Children from St. Patrick’s School, Stamullen will enroll on Saturday, 26thNovember at 7 pm in St. Mary’s, Julianstown also.
- Dates for DTIM Masses will be announced in future Newsletters.
We ask you to pray for all our young parishioners, as they prepare for these important steps in their faith journey.
Parish Fund Raising Bingo
We are holding our next Bingo Night on Wednesday, 23rd November at 8 pm in the City North Hotel. The Prize Fund on the night is €5,000. Looking forward to seeing everyone again for what is always a great fun night.
Raffle
We will be holding a Christmas Raffle on the night of the Bingo and we would appreciate any donations towards same. Donations can be festive themed, Christmas Cakes, Pudding, Bottles, sweets etc. and can be left in the parish office during the week.
St. Pauls Missals 2017
A limited number of Missals will be available for sale in the Sacristy from next weekend. The cost of the Missals is €7.
St. Patrick’s Club – Lotto

St. Patrick’s GF & HC – Club News
- The AGM of St. Patrick’s GAA Club takeaplace on Thursday evening, 24th November at the GAA Club. Commencing at 8pm. All welcome.
- The AGM of St. Patrick’s Juvenile Section rtakes place onThursday,1st December at the GAA Club. Commencing at 7.30pm. All welcome.
- Social Dancing takes placeat St. Patrick’s GAA Club on Friday, 25th November at 9pm. Music by Country Pride. Adm: €10 including supper and raffle. Last dance night for 2016 – we shall return in January 2017.
Stamullen Tidy Towns
In the recent National Tidy Towns competition we increased our points from 206 to 228. The full adjudication report is available on our facebook page. This is a great result for all the hard work by all our volunteers and sponsors we thank you very much for your continued support.
Join us and help us improve our score each year … we meet every Saturday at Stamullen Church at 11am.
Stamullen Road Club – Fund Raising for 2017
Poker Classic on Friday night 25th November in Whyte’s, thankfully the tickets are flying for this annual gathering and there are not many tickets at €25 each left on offer. If you wish to put your name forward for this Poker, please make sure to contact any club member or Brendan Battersby in Whyte’s Bar.
Tickets for the Monster Christmas Draw will be on sale from Monday onwards. This year the Draw will be even bigger and better with the first prize of €1,000 cash, followed by eleven fabulous prizes, including two separate weekend breaks for (2) persons, (2) nights B&B plus 1 Evening Meal for (2) at both venues. The great news is that the tickets will be on sale at just €2 each or a Book of three for €5. Sales Outlets will be named in next week’s Newsletter. As always, you support for our Fundraisers will be most welcome
Young at Heart Christmas Party

Hope for Homeless H4H
Hope for Homeless (H4H) are a local volunteer group who run a soup kitchen at the GPO in Dublin every Monday night.
We are appealing for donations of back packs, (empty or filled). We hope to be able to give all our homeless friends a gift of a backpack containing some of the above. We also have an account set up with Shane Curran Butchers in the Village and you can drop into him and donate any amount small or large. Shane will give you a receipt and we will use the account to buy turkeys and hams. We will be providing Christmas dinners on the run up to Christmas. Anam Cara
Anam Cara, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding its next monthly Parent Evening on Wednesday 16th of November from7:30-9pm in B.A.S.E, Brackenstown Road, Swords, Co. Dublin. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether the death was recent or not.
The Priory Institute – Online Advent Retreat
