Fr. Aidan Blajuta
We welcome Fr. Aidan from Romania who will be joining us for the month of August, ministering in the parish.
We hope he enjoys his stay.
Farewell to Fr. Ulic and Fr. Malcolm
Over the past few weeks we received news that Fr. Malcolm and Fr. Ulic from the Franciscan Community have taken up new posts and are departing from Gormanston.
I would like, on behalf of the parish, to pay tribute to both and congratulate them on their new appointments.
Fr. Ulic has been most accommodating in allowing us to use the Franciscan Church, Gormanston, for our Holy Communion and Confirmation ceremonies. Fr. Malcolm has been very supportive of the parish and has been very helpful in parish ministry. He has assisted me greatly during my time here.
I wish them good health, happiness and many blessings as they start new chapters in their lives.
