Moorechurch Cemetery Mass and Blessing of Graves
There was a fantastic attendance at the Mass and blessing of graves in Moorechurch cemetery last Sunday.
Sincere thanks to all who were involved in the preparation of the cemetery and surrounding area for the annual devotions.
Thanks to Bridie Kirwan and the Ministers of the Eucharist and Word and to Nicholas Hughes for setting up the Altar.
Sincere thanks also to Denis O’Flaherty, Jim Woods, Declan Russell, and Barry Woods for their Supervision and security presence.
We would also like to thank Philip MCormack and Christy Martin for the use of their fields for car parking, Philip McCormack Jnr for providing the Electricity and Paudge Moore for looking after the sound system and all who provided invaluable help on the day for which we are sincerely grateful.
Finally thanks to Niamh Uí Loinsigh who secured a Grant from Meath Co. Council for the maintenance of the cemetery, Michael and his team from the Co. Council for providing and taking away the bins, Brendan for the great job he did cutting the grass and to Anne Woods for all her hard work behind the scenes liaising with individuals to keep the cemetery in tip top condition.

This weekend we welcome in Baptism: Conor Keenan & Ava Smyth. May newly baptised children always know and love Jesus as their friend. We ask parishioners to pray for these children and their familes.
WMOF2018 – Mass in the Phoenix Park
We have booked a bus to take us to the Phoenix Park for the final Mass on Sunday, 26th August.
If you wish to be included on the list, (we have a limited number of spaces left) please include your name on the sheet.

Adoration Julianstown
There will be no Adoration in Julianstown for the next few weeks. We will alert Adorers to the date when Adoration is returning in future newsletters.

Friends of Autism and ADHD – Position Vacant
Come join our team! Friends currently have a vacancy for a retail assistant in our furniture store in Balbriggan. Applicants must be eligible for employment under the Community Employment Scheme.
Duties involved include till work (cashing up, etc), filling in collection and delivery dockets and assisting with scheduling same, sorting and display of products and general floor duties. The working week will be 19.5 hours and this may include some Saturdays.
A successful applicant will be punctual, reliable and have a good level of English . Also be friendly and customer – orientated and understand the need for discretion/confidentiality as customers often come in just for a chat !
