Stamullen & Moorechurch Cemeteries
We would like to advise parishioners that, Meath County Council are the registered and legal owners of Stamullen and Moorechurch Cemeteries.
However, everyone who visits our Cemeteries has a duty of care to preserve the appearance insofar as possible.
This applies to all who work in and use the cemeteries. It is common sense that flowers and cemetery fittings should be taken away. No earth, rubbish or flowers should be left.
It has been noted that household rubbish is also being dumped in the Cemetery.
While the Cemeteries are under the jurisdiction of Meath Co Council, it is our duty, both those who use the cemetery and the wider community, to make sure that they are left suitably clean and tidy for all our faithful departed who lie there.
Vigil Mass Times
We would like to thank all who have contacted us regarding the proposed change to Vigil Mass time in St. Patrick’s Church.
The general consensus is that 5:45 pm is the best option and this will commence as and from the first Saturday of September 2022.
