Sacraments in our Parish
Confirmation & First Communion
Our Parish Programme of Sacramental Preparation has commenced.
We are delighted to welcome the Candidates for Confirmation and their families who are joined us at masses this weekend.
The theme of this weekend’s Ceremonies is Faith and children have received a Daffodil bulb which they will plant and nurture.
To nurture means to tend, take care of and provide all the support for something to grow.
We need to nurture our Faith to help us grow in the love of God. With the prayers, help and support of our parish community, much like the bulb which will flourish and bloom in spring, our faith, when nurtured, will flourish and grow.
- Enrolment Forms for the Sacraments are available in our Parish Office.
- All Sacramental Preparation correspondence is available on our Parish Website sjparish.ie. Please click EVENTS and you will see Sacramental Preparation 2025 in the drop-down menu. You can click into each link to the correspondence.
- Parents/guardians who wish to be added to the list of contacts are advised to contact Carol in our Parish Office: secretary@sjparish.ie.
