Sunday 15th March 2020 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Coronavirus (COvid19) UPDATE

St. Patrick’s Church Stamullen

and

St. Mary’s Church Julianstown

All Masses in the Diocese of Meath have been cancelled by Bishop Deenihan, with immediate effect.

As a result, St. Patrick’s Day Cemetery Devotions in Stamullen have been postponed and will be rescheduled, at a later date.

Mass will continue to be said by me privately in the parish, on a daily basis, to include all parishioners’ intentions and to pray for deliverance from the coronavirus.

Unfortunately we do not have webcam facilities,  so church services TV (www.churchservices.tv) is recommended on the web.

A daily mass at 10 am is also available for viewing on the St. Mary’s, Drogheda parish website:   www.stmarysdrogheda.ie.

Please continue to follow our website www.sjparish.ie for further details on when Masses will be restored.

This is in the interest of the health and safety of our parishioners and in the national interest.  We also wish to abide by the Government guidelines regarding Coronavirus.

This is an unprecedented event and in anticipation I would like to thank all parishioners for your understanding and support at this difficult time for everyone.

Fr. Declan

Dear God,

Protect me and my family from any sickness and viruses,

You are our shield and our only hope,

You are greater than any disease.

We trust you.

Amen.
