Stamullen Cemetery

Mass in Stamullen Cemetery will take place on Friday, 21st June at 7:30 pm.

The Cemetery Committee would like to invite all attending the Mass to join them in the Parish Centre, Stamullen for a cup of tea and a chat afterwards.

 

Moorechurch Cemetery

Cemetery Sunday in Moorechurch Cemetery will take place on Sunday, 7th July at 11:30 am.

 

Kilsharvan Cemetery

Blessing of Graves in Kilsharvan Cemetery will take place on Tuesday, 9th July at 7:30 pm.

Do This in Memory (DTIM)

The final Mass will take place next Sunday, 23rd June, the Feast of Corpus Christi: St. Patrick’s NS will join the congregation at 10 am in St. Patrick’s church, Stamullen and Whitecross NS will join the congregation at 11:30 am Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Julianstown.

 

Children and their families are invited to meet at St. Patrick’s NS at 9:30 am to process to 10 am Mass (9:45 am in the Parish Centre if it is raining) and families from Julianstown can meet at Whitecross School at 11 am to process to 11:30 am Mass.

 

All young parishioners who received their first Holy Communion this year are welcome.

Adoration – Summer times

  • Adoration of the most Blessed Sacramentin Stamullen has finished for the summer and will resume in September.
  • Adoration continues in Julianstown on Wednesdays from 9 am and after 10 am Mass.  (Contact Josephine if you wish to add your name to the list).

 

Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes

Bishop Deenihan will lead the 2019 Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes which takes place from 9th to 14th September 2019.

Meath Lourdes Hospitality Group

Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock:  11th August

Led by Bishop Tom Deenihan with the Meath Diocesan Choir. Confession from 11 am to 5 pm.  Anointing of the Sick at 2:30 pm.  Pilgrimage Mass at 3 pm followed by Benediction, Rosary, Procession to the Shrine and Blessing of Religious objects.  For further details contact www.knockshrine.ie. Mater Dei Research

Researchers at the Mater Dei Centre for Catholic Education (MDCCE) at Dublin City University are embarking on an exciting three-year project which will aim to explore the nature, scope and potential of religious education and faith development for adults in Ireland.  The researchers are inviting all adults in Ireland to complete an online survey that will help them understand what Irish adults think and feel about religious education and how we might best develop this in the future.  The survey can be accessed at www.dcu.ie/adultre until 30th June.  For more, contact bernadette.sweetman@dcu.ie

 

Aware

Aware, an organisation providing support, education and information services for people impacted by depression, bipolar disorder and related mood conditions, is seeking new volunteers. Aware relies on the passion and dedication of its volunteers to ensure that the organisation can continue to provide free support services nationwide, essential services that have a profound impact on individuals and families throughout Ireland.

Aware is currently recruiting volunteers across three services – Support Line, Support Mail and Life Skills Online. No prior qualifications or experience is required, as comprehensive training as well as ongoing support and education is provided by the organisation.

Anam Cara

Anam Cara North Dublin, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding a Parent Evening for bereaved parents on Wednesday 19th June at 7:20pm in the Carnegie Court Hotel, Swords, Co. Dublin.

This event is free and open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether their death was recent or not. Please note there will be no events in July or August, please contact us on info@anamcara.ie or 085 2888 888 for any queries.
